You will just have to be a little patient waiting for my birthday post.

Scones gotta be my favorite tea time treat. Slather with a generous layer of butter and jam with a cup of nice early grey tea. mmm. I'm melting. Is it your bday or blog anniversary? Anyhow, happy belated birthday!

Great minds think alike; I've just posted some nutella scones! :P

Ah, orange marmalade with freshly baked scones sounds absolutely divine. Did you make the marmalade, or storebought? I've yet to come across a good brand; any recommendations?
